1. Who is Rose & Lee Co.?
Rose & Lee Collective is a women-owned, community-focused boutique that curates a beautiful collection of clothing, accessories, and gifts from thoughtful, conscientious brands.  At Rose & Lee, we’re doing our part to shift the fashion and gift industries toward a more sustainable future. In our opinion, feel-good style and thoughtfully-considered clothing go hand-in-hand.  Our approach to ethical fashion is simple and effortless — we’re here to help you uplift your style and make a positive impact on local and global communities and our planet.

2. Where is your store located?
We have two store fronts! Our Apex boutique is located at 104 W Chatham Street Apex, NC 27506. Our Durham boutique is located at 213 W Main Street, A Durham, NC 27701. You can also shop with us 24/7 online at www.roseandleeco.com.

3. What sizes do you carry?
We offer a wide range of sizes to ensure the perfect fit for every body type. Currently we carry XS-XL in most styles and our denim collection includes sizes 24-33. If you need help with sizing, check out our size guides featured within the product descriptions or contact us for assistance.

4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the US.  We are always working on expanding our international shipping options, so please check back!

5. What is your return and exchange policy? 
We accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of purchase for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For full details, visit our return policy page.

6. When will my in-store order be ready for pick-up? 
For orders being fulfilled in a single location, you can expect to pick up your order within 2-4 business hours.  For orders being fulfilled across multiple locations, you can expect to pick up your order within  2-5 business days. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for you!

7. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on our shipping carrier’s website.

8. Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various denominations. You can purchase them
online or in-store.

9. How can I contact customer service?

10. Do you offer personal styling services? Yes! We offer personal styling appointments in both our Apex and Durham locations.  Our team is happy to help you find the perfect fit and style. 

11. Can I visit your store for a shopping party experience?
Absolutely! We offer in-store shopping parties for you and your besties! 
Visit us online to reserve your date!  We will provide the champagne and our team will be ready to help style you!  Best of all, 10% of the proceeds of the event will be donated towards the nonprofit organization of your choice!
