Hello Spring and hello sunshine! After a long and cold winter we’re waking up along with the flowers and trees. The kiddo’s sports activities are starting up again, a handful of holidays are right around the corner, and park days are a must again. As we’re stretching our legs and breathing in the warm air we realize our wardrobe needs a bit of waking up as well. Especially here in North Carolina where we never know if a spring day is going to be in the 50’s or 80’s!
We put together a few of our favorite ethically sourced outfits for spring for all our favorite spring occasions.
Spring Brunch
This outfit ties in bright spring colors and florals that is an easy throw on. You can pair white, gray, or even black sneakers, sandals of any color, or even a small wedge. The Minimalist Belt Bag made from the ethical brand Le Papillon can be worn across the chest and could even be worn as a belt if you choose to wear jeans instead like our Just Black Denim that you can check out on our site!
Spring Dinner
The sun is coming back to us, giving more time around the dinner table with friends, family or even both. A night out at your favorite local restaurant calls for a perfect spring outfit. A long white dress is a staple that can be paired with just about anything. We added a pop of color with the upcycled Sari Braided Headband and the beautiful jean jacket with a subtle design that was made under fair working conditions.
Off to the Park
Whether you’re off to the ballpark for a game or letting your kiddos burn energy on the playground, we have a perfect on the move outfit for those busy mornings. If the sun is out the tank is a great way to cool off along with our 919 hat, but if it’s a cooler Spring morning throw on a jean jacket! The sustainably made belt bag is a beautiful pastel green (psst. We also have it in pastel yellow and lilac) that pairs nicely with the Anaya Jeans for on the go!
